Welcome to the REPAP2020 project!

The project REPAP2020- Renewable Energy Policy Action Paving the Way for 2020, started in April 2009 with the aim to facilitate the process of implementation of the RES-Directive, on a national level.

The main focus of the project is on the National Renewable Energy Action Plans (NREAPs) which Member States have to notify to the European Commission by 30^th June 2010. One objective of the project is to have ambitious plans that ensure the EU to meet the 20-20-20 targets for 2020, as set out in the directive.

This website is the platform of the REPAP2020 project and is supposed to provide background information for policy-makers, update about the project’s activities and connect stakeholders from all over Europe.

On the following pages, you will find the results of this project, such as the RES-industry roadmaps for all 27 EU Member States. In addition, the website will inform you about the events and activities taking place within the REPAP2020 project as well as all partners involved in the project.

Importantly, this website will provide regularly updated background information on related studies and projects as well as useful contacts from all Member States.
